Rate: Monthly rental rates start at $595 for a standard rental forklift.
Term: 12 Month minimum rental period.
Standard Rental Forklift: An AC drive, modern, electric forklift with a 3k lb capacity, 3 stage mast, sideshift, load back rest, forks, single phase 220v charger, in reliable running and operating condition.
Requirements:
1. Customer must have valid driver's license/State ID on file.
2. Customer must have valid credit/debit card on file.
3. Customer agrees to be responsible for damage/repairs occurring from abuse, misuse, neglect.
4. Customer agrees to limit forklift use to no more than 1040 hours per 12 month period.
5. Customer must have signed and dated Liability Waiver & Rental Agreement on file.
6. Only the registered owner of the business may sign rental agreement.

1. What about maintenance?
Magna Forklift Co will provide planned and needed maintenance through the rental period.
2. What about repairs?
Magna Forklift Co will provide repairs resulting from normal, safe, responsible operation. However, if a needed repair is the result of abnormal, unsafe, irresponsible operation including neglect and/or abuse, the customer will be 100% responsible for the resulting costs. (All repairs and diagnosis are performed by a 3rd party, not Magna Forklift Co)
3. How long does an electric forklift last per day?
These rentals will have 80%+ capacity batteries, providing 4+ hours of continuous operation per charge. Which is more than suitable for most small to medium sized operations. If you run your forklift all day every day, multiple shifts, this rental option we offer is likely not going to meet those demands. (We may have other options so feel fee to reach out anyway).
4. What if the forklift is lost or stolen?
All of our forklifts have multiple tracking devices on them, and we will make every reasonable effort to locate and recover lost or stolen equipment. However, if the forklift is lost or stolen and not recovered and/or returned to Magna Forklift Co within 30 days of the reported loss, the customer will be responsible for the replacement cost which is equal to the monthly rental rate multiplied by 36.
5. What if I fall behind on payments or need to cancel my rental?
It happens. As long as you're in communication with us and upfront about the situation, we will work with you. However, if a customer falls 2 or more months behind on payments, and has not worked out other arrangements with us, as part of the Rental Agreement Magna Forklift Co (or an affiliate on our behalf) has the right to enter the property and take possession of the forklift.
6. What if the forklift stops holding a charge or stops working reliably?
Although rare, this is used equipment and sometimes they develop issues that make them unreliable. If you notice issues or if your forklift starts to become unreliable, let us know and we will replace it (assuming the issues are of no fault of the customer).

We are in business to provide clean, late model, reliable forklifts to small businesses at a rate that's fair to both parties. We don't rent out 1000s of bank owned forklifts to nationwide box stores at expensive rates that beat the forklifts into the ground. That's not us. We are a locally owned family business that owns all of our equipment, renting to locally owned family style businesses. We provide reliable safe equipment at fair prices and we expect you to take care of it.
9/10 of our rental customers are great. They use the equipment safely and carefully and they pay their bill on time. If that's you, give us a call and we'd be happy to do business. 1/10 are the problem. They beat the equipment into the ground, they leave forklifts outside in the rain and snow, they always have an excuse to pay late, they have it in their minds that the forklift doesn't belong to them so why bother taking care of it. If that's you, please do us both a favor and just rent from one of the big guys.
